Week 1 weighing ...

200.8.

I started at 206.4 last week, so 5.6 loss for the week. I am happy.

    It is feeling good. I am trying to give up my extreme ways, try not to skip meals, and be content with losing slowly but continually. Hopefully being part of weight loss community is going to make a huge difference for me this time.
